Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, go to Client Area, log in, then enter your access code. If you are already signed in, click on Find My Photos at the top right hand corner of the screen.
Where is my access code?
For event photographs, you probably took a photo of the access code at the event itself. It also would have been in an email sent by the school/organisation before the event. You can also find the access code from others who were at the event. Due to privacy reasons, you'll need to find the access code.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.
I didn't receive an activation email
If you haven't received one, it is probably in your spam or junk mail. It would be great if you can find it and mark it as not spam, so that you receive all of our emails in future. Otherwise, try using another email address and reregister.
Does it cost anything to register for an account?
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click on 'Client Area', log in and enter the access code. You will have received the access code either from the organisers of the event or from our staff during the event. If the code is correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
Why is it telling me I haven't selected all of the products in my package?
Make sure that you have selected the total number of prints included in the package you have selected. If you are unable to select more prints, you may have selected too many different images. Packages have limits on the number of 'poses' or different images that you can choose from. For example, Package A contains 5 prints but a limit of 4 different images you can choose from. To finish selecting prints for your package, click on a photo to open the product list and click on "View My Package" at the top. You may have to select your remaining prints from the existing photos you have already chosen or change a photo you have already chosen.

Where not specified, units will be in imperial inches.
Will you fix my images before printing?
All images are individually analysed, density and colour corrected after you order. There is an option to add a custom crop to your photo. Airbrush/ Blemish Correction is available as an additional option (select the +$25 photoshopping fee in the shopping cart), however other art work (eg. swapping heads) is available by quote.
I live outside Australia, can I place an order?
Yes. When you place your order with an international shipping address, ensure that you select the "International Shipping" option in the checkout.
How do I pay?
Online payments are made through PayPal where you can use your PayPal account.
What if I don't have a PayPal Account?
You can pay online through PayPay with your visa or mastercard without an account. Checkout with PayPal – Faster. Safer. Easier. What if I don't want to pay online?
We accept cheque or Australia Post money order via post. We do not take credit card over the phone under any circumstance as this is not a secure form of payment.
Why isn't my payment working?
If you are having trouble paying online, try selecting 'Pay via cheque or money order'. Then, go back to your order and click 'Pay Now'. If you are still having trouble, feel free to email us at email@example.com
Can I collect my order?
DCD Photographics operates as a web based entity and does not have reception staff. Consequently, all orders are shipped by Australia Post.
How long will my order take?
If you have purchased a digital download, there's no wait! You can download the file immediately through the link that you should have received in your order confirmation email (check your spam box if you have not received this email).
If you have purchased prints, our normal turnaround time is 10 working days, excluding shipping to the customer. (Note: Orders placed from portrait sessions can take longer due to the extra time spent retouching your images.)
Will I get a confirmation once the order has been shipped?
Yes. Once your print order has been shipped you will be sent an email confirmation including details on how to track the Shipping.
Note: Shipping isn't required for digital download orders, as the images are downloaded directly from our website immediately after payment.
Can you leave my order at the front door if I'm not home?
Registered post is used when posting all orders, therefore your order cannot be left if no one is home.
Why do I get a message whenever I phone?
As an online store, email is the most efficient method of communication. We will answer requests within 4 hrs during business hours.
